• Overall the story itself wasn’t bad. I just felt like they didn’t spend a large amount of time developing the relationship between the two main characters. The author tended to bring in a new character, after new character, without fully developing the relationship between the man and the woman. I also felt like she spent a large portion of the book developing the crazy of the stalker. And because there’s all these extra out of characters and the development of the crazy stalker that I tended to rush through the rest of the book because I didn’t want to spend the time learning how much more crazy stalker was or learning about characters that we only meet partially for one chapter. Honestly feel like if she had spent more time developing the relationship and less time does story around them I would have liked the book more. On a positive know very few edit errors and a very thought out developed technical background to it.
• This story about a stalker was difficult for me to read as I sympathize with victims and don't understand the mindset of a crazy stalker or someone who gets his kicks out of torturing another human being. But the budding romance between Ione Loane and the Air Force Special Tactics veteran Lot Alvarez keep me reading to find out how things would turn out for them. Lot, as co-owner of AMB Security, had a dual vested interest in making sure that the sexy yogi stayed safe. The author obviously took a lot of time in researching the mindset of a crazy stalker. I not only learned about how they tick but also little self-defense tactics for women. We even read a little about some Texas history to boot. What the author did not cover was why Andre Carroll aka Andreas Correia was so obsessed with humiliating women. Was it the fact that women used their instincts and turned him down or was it something else entirely different?
  
  It was good reading a story that was set in Texas which is close to where I live and have traveled to plenty of times. It gets old reading of stories set in New York or California. This was a refreshing read. I enjoyed reading about Ione's sweet parents. Her best friend Rosland was a character and so was Lot's friend Kareem. I was glad to read that Ione and Lot di get their HEA, despite Andre's crazt actions.
• Great book!! Ione and Lot were meant to be together!! Andre was a fool and crazy that he got what he deserve. You can't make someone be yours if they feel like you are made for them so Andre should've taking the loss instead he won't see daylight never no more!! Please don't take so long to write a new book Mariah!!
• This was a very good read. Quite enjoyable. This was my first time reading this author but not my last. The epilogue could have been longer and more fleshed out, but overall it was a very good
• This book is a must read if you like a combination of romance and and action. The book is well written and I really enjoyed getting to know the characters. Looking forward to reading more books from this author.
• This book was boring, especially in the beginning. There was so much explaining of unnecessary things. I was happy to be done with it. Even his kidnapping Ione was made boring. The program the church implemented was great , but you talked a lot about it. That should have been a documentary. Also about the journalist, documentary. This book is not for me. As for me, two stars generous.

• OMG! This is the best storyline I have read in decades! I was riveted! Characters are well developed. Plot is tight. Action had me mesmerized. Sizzling hot interactions! Soft and strong women in real life situations. Alpha men who respect women. This book has it all. You are going to hate the bad guy and you have likely met him before. Run this through Grammarly to fix some typos and this should be on a bestseller list! Fantastic Read!!!
